The Sixth Czech and Slovak Film Festival of Australia (CaSFFA) in Melbourne

Definitions

ACMI: Australian Centre for the Moving Image in Melbourne;

BENEFITS: non-transferable, not assignable, not redeemable for cash and non-refundable benefits of the CaSFFAN subscription listed in Item 2;

BENEFITS CARD: a subscription card issued by CaSFFA;

CaSFFAN: a natural adult person who subscribes by 11:55pm on 12 September 2018 to become a fan of the Czech and Slovak Film Festival of Australia in Melbourne pays a subscription fee of $60;

CaSFFA: the Sixth Czech and Slovak Film Festival of Australia in Melbourne, to be held on 12-26 September 2018 at ACMI; and

OPENING NIGHT: the opening night to CaSFFA to be held on 14 September 2018 at ACMI.

  1. General

You must present a valid Benefits Card to receive the Benefits. CaSFFA reserves the right to deny your Benefits if you fail to present your Benefits Card.  Your CaSFFAN subscription is valid from the date you subscribed until 31 December 2018.

Benefits Cards will be available for collection at the CaSFFA information desk prior to screenings during the festival.  You will need to present a valid identification when collecting your Benefits Card. It is your responsibility to notify CaSFFA (casffan@casffa.com.au) of any change of address or contact information that may affect your subscription or benefits.

Your Benefits are not transferable, not redeemable for cash and non-refundable.

CaSFFA holds no responsibility for fulfilling external partner benefits and/or special offers of third parties. Also, CaSFFA’s program may be subject to classification restrictions. CaSFFA and ACMI have therefore the right to refuse entry to persons in accordance with these restrictions.  Lost or stolen complimentary tickets, vouchers or Benefits Cards will not be reissued.

  1. CaSFFAN Benefits

One complimentary ticket to a regular session screening of your choice

You may claim one complimentary regular session ticket at CaSFFA. One regular session means one standard admission to the Sixth Czech and Slovak Film Festival cinema screening at ACMI in Melbourne (movie of your choice) but excludes Melbourne Cinémathèque screenings and the Opening and Closing Night screenings.

To collect your complimentary ticket, just come to the CaSFFA information desk at ACMI before your chosen session starts, but no later than 45 minutes prior to the screening. You will need valid identification or your Benefits Card when collecting your complimentary tickets.

One complimentary ticket to Opening Night

You may claim one complimentary ticket to the Opening Night by presenting your valid identification or your Benefits Card.  To collect your complimentary ticket, just come to the CaSFFA information desk at ACMI before your chosen session starts, but no later than 45 minutes prior to the screening. You will need valid identification or your Benefits Card when collecting your complimentary tickets.

Second Run DVD discount

For a limited time, you will receive a 10% discount on all Second Run DVDs and Blu-rays bought through their web store at: http://www.secondrundvd.com/. You may redeem this offer by using a promo code for your online purchases, valid until 31 December 2018.

Doc Alliance Films benefits

You receive a 30% discount on Doc Alliance Films monthly and yearly subscriptions via the allocated Doc Alliance Films discount code from the date of signing up. For more information, please visit http://dafilms.com/.

3. Privacy Statement

Your privacy is important to us and we recognise the importance of protecting the privacy and the rights of individuals in relation to their personal information. Please note that we do not share your personal information, nor disclose it to others in exchange for any benefit, service or advantage. Your personal information, including contact details will be provided to the Australian Centre for the Moving Image for the sole purpose of obtaining CaSFFAN Premium benefits. We also do not collect your personal information from others. If you have any concerns about your privacy, please contact us at http://casffa.com.au/contact/.

We may email you the CaSFFA Newsletter and information about the Czech and Slovak Film Festival. If you indicate a preference for a method of communication, we will endeavour to use that method whenever practical to do so. In addition, at any time you may opt-out of receiving communications from us by contacting us at http://casffa.com.au/contact/ or by using opt-out facilities provided in the communications and we will then ensure that your name is removed from our mailing list.
