Princess Stella has just seven days to break a mysterious curse. Each morning, she awakens in a different form, leaving the royal court convinced she is suffering from a strange illness that no physician, scholar, or magical remedy can cure. As time slips away, the fate of the kingdom, and Stella’s future, hang in the balance.
Refusing to surrender to destiny, the kind-hearted Johan embarks on a daring quest to uncover the truth behind the enchantment. Together, the two set out on an adventure filled with danger, wonder, and unexpected discoveries, learning that the greatest magic lies not in changing who we are, but in embracing our true selves.
Directed by Miloslav Šmídmajer, Princess Stella is a delightful modern fairy tale brimming with humour, adventure, and heart. Featuring charming performances from Ema Klangová Businská, Filip Březina, and Ján Koleník, the film celebrates courage, self-acceptance, and the transformative power of love, honouring the rich Czech tradition of fairy tales where imagination, humour, and humanity go hand in hand.
